How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

As a Business & Data Integration Analyst (m/f) – HR Analytics
 you will play a key role in connecting strategic business vision with data solutions, enabling our global HR community to make informed, data-driven decisions. Working alongside a collaborative and international team, you will drive success across five core focus areas:


 

Strategic Business Collaboration & IT Partnership

  • Understanding Needs: Engage with HR partners to understand their strategic objectives and co-create effective technical solutions.

  • Technical Co-Design: Partner closely with data engineering and IT specialists to design robust pipelines and flexible, scalable data architectures.

  • Seamless Integration: Help guide cross-system integrations to ensure smooth data flows and consistent information across our HR toolkit.

Power BI & Analytics Ecosystem Nurturing

  • Ecosystem Health: Monitor Power BI workspace engagement, share insights on usage metrics, and continuously enhance report efficiency.

  • Best Practice Guidance: Promote shared data governance, intuitive workspace structures, and clean report design principles across the team.

Enablement, Community & Roadmap Development

  • Empowerment & Learning: Create clear guides, host engaging workshops, and empower colleagues to confidently explore self-service analytics.

  • Strategic Alignment: Contribute to defining and prioritizing the HR analytics roadmap in line with our broader organizational goals.

Data Ethics, Privacy & Stewardship

  • Trust & Compliance: Champion high standards of HR data privacy, row-level security, and GDPR compliance to maintain trust across all reporting tools.

Data Lineage & Knowledge Sharing

  • Transparency & Quality: Map data lineage from origin to insights, keeping our central HR Data Dictionary clear and accessible for everyone.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or Data Analytics, ideally within HR or global corporate environments.

  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and extracting value from complex datasets.

  • Practical knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and flexible data manipulation.

  • Solid practical expertise with Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, and workspace setup).

  • Good familiarity with Data Governance principles and analytical best practices.

  • Experience in metadata management, data lineage mapping, and updating shared data dictionaries.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English and a talent for connecting with diverse international stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday platform and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of dimensional data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema design).

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and management tools (e.g., Jira).
