Must to Have
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
- Experience with data cleaning, wrangling, and visualization
- Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Background in statistics, economics, or business intelligence
- Experience working in agile or remote teams
