Job Description: This job consists of two main parts: 1) data analysis and report building, and 2) acting as internal consultants by identifying valuable data insights. Additionally, we support company leadership by gathering and presenting specifically requested data. We primarily use SQL and Tableau.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is based at our Pleasant Grove, Utah campus and requires full-time, on-site presence. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Develop and distribute reports to executives, VPs, directors, and leaders from various departments or international markets
- Analyze data and reports to provide decision-makers with insights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the current analytics tools
- Respond to additional ad-hoc needs and requests
- Act as the bridge between I.T. as they prepare the data and the end user to ensure that the vision of all parties involved are aligned
- Oversee administration of reporting tools
Job Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required; degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Business or other related major preferred
- Relevant graduate degree a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Must possess strong technical acumen along with an ability to effectively communicate with non-technical business end users
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Excellent time management
- The ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
- Moderate to advanced experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, and SQL preferred
- Experience with Python or other programming languages a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Passion and aptitude for quickly learning new technical skills
