As a Business Data Analyst, you will have an opportunity to shape a major BI transformation focused on PBM Rebates. You will join a world-class organization at the forefront of healthcare analytics working with cloud-based BI technologies and a state-of-the-art platform. You will work in an Agile, collaborative environment driving quick, sustainable change contributing to a core product vertical supporting key healthcare client and support a strategic BI/reporting transformation initiative focused on documenting requirements, inventorying assets, providing domain expertise, and supporting migration to a next-gen BI platform within a high-impact, agile environment.
You will report to the Delivery Manager in a remote position based in the United States. You will demonstrate your experience with PBM and rebates data structures and business processes to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams in a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced change environment delivering within Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Document and translate business needs into technical requirements for BI/reporting tools
- Collect and organize an inventory of existing reporting assets
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of goals and deliverables
- Design and execute UAT testing plans in collaboration with QA and development teams
- Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions
- Advocate for best practices in data visualization and storytelling
- Assist the Rebates Product Lead in the design, documentation, and development of BI/Reporting solutions
- Document business and technical requirements (user stories, BRDs) for BI/reporting in the PBM rebates domain
- Provide subject-matter expertise in PBM Rebates to guide reporting assets and solutions
- Support the migration of legacy BI tools to a new centralized BI platform
- Assist in testing, training, and change management activities to ensure a successful transformation
