Join Picnic's Business Course at Picnic HQ in Düsseldorf on 26th of November 2026! Take a closer look into our world of Strategy, Analytics & Business Management, whilst working on a real business case. Teamed up with a group of talented students and Picnic mentors, you’ll discover first-hand how we revolutionize the online grocery industry.
Based on actual Picnic data, you’ll gain further insights into customer behavior, business expansion and our supply chain challenges. With the results that your team gathers, you will be able to advise us on how to move forward, and pitch your strategy.
During the day, we will provide you with plenty of food (breakfast, lunch and dinner included), coaching and exciting activities.

Are you a future Business Analyst?
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in a quantitative study (Econometrics, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field)
- Passion for breaking down problems and solving puzzles
- Interest or experience in business consulting
- Proficient in data analysis using analytical tools
- You are fluent in both written and verbal English
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in a quantitative study (Business Administration, Economics or a related field)
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and creative commercial projects with visible impact
- Interest or experience in commercial field
- You are fluent in both written and verbal English and German
Process
- Step 1 Click on the 'Apply Now' button before 9th of November 2026
- Step 2 When your application matches the requirements, we will schedule a short call (20min) with one of our recruiters
- Step 3 After a successful interview, you will be invited to complete an online assessment. You’ll have a maximum of 7 days to practice and complete it
- Step 4 If you’re selected, we will let you know at the latest on 12th of November, whether you are one of the selected participants!

If you are unable to attend the Business Course in Amsterdam, the same edition will take place in the Dusseldorf office on the 26th of November.
We will take care of travel arrangements and accommodation for candidates based outside of the Netherlands.
Skills Required
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Engineering, Data Science and Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Passion for breaking down problems and solving puzzles.

- Business Manager applicants must be fluent in written and verbal German.
- Based in the Netherlands, France, or Germany.
- Interest in commercial work and data-driven decision-making for Business Manager applicants.
