Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all departments to track progress on ongoing
tasks, projects, and key initiatives
- Gather, verify, and consolidate operational updates into
structured reports for the CEO
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deadlines across
departments
- Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal
teams
- Identify delays, gaps, or risks and escalate them
proactively
- Prepare summaries, dashboards, and briefing notes for
management meetings
- Support the CEO in monitoring business performance and
operational efficiency
- Maintain organized records of reports, communications, and
key decisions
- Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives as
required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management or engineering
- 5–10+ years of experience in Business Coordination or
Project Coordination
- Excellent command of Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven
environment
