For our Southern EU Business Unit, we are looking for a Business Controller that will serve as a strategic finance partner, working closely with key business functions, including the E2E Supply Chain Team, Digital Organization, and other stakeholders. This role is responsible for driving financial insights, optimizing profitability, enhancing cash generation, and ensuring effective financial planning and control. Through standardized processes, data-driven decision-making, and strong financial oversight, the Business Controller contributes to the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the business.
About The Role
Responsibilities:

Financial Business Partnering: Supports the E2E Supply Chain Team and Digital Organization by driving standardized processes, optimizing profitability, and enhancing financial management.

Planning & Performance Management: Supports financial planning cycles, analyzes actual performance vs. plans, and provides key insights through reports and presentations.

Data Analysis & Insights: Conducts complex financial internal and external analysis, provides data-driven recommendations and identifies business opportunities by transforming the analysis into valuable and relevant insights for business.

Cost & Investment Evaluation: Assess capital expenditures, trade terms, cost determination issues, valuation and pricing strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.

Digital & Process Optimization: Develops and maintains Power BI reports and other digital solutions to enhance analytics and decision-making.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters Degree is highly preferred.

At least 5 years of proven experience in financial planning, business controlling, or a similar role.

Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).

Experience in M3 ERP software (will be considering a plus)

Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business and stakeholders.

Soft skills: analytical strength, collaboration, adaptability, great communication ability and an energetic, proactive approach to problem solving.
