Business Controller – Global Supply Chain

Role Overview

Then maybe the role as business controller in the Global Supply Chain Finance team fits you perfectly. As a junior business controller, you will report directly to the global supply chain controller and drive financial success through collaboration with regional Supply Chain controllers and cross-functional teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Management

Responsible for planning & control budget & forecasting process for BU Supply based on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) timelines.

Prepare the annual budget and monthly forecasts for the Facilities and Global Spare Parts department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Analytical Insights

Develop automatic tools and dashboards (e.g. in PowerBI) to enhance data-driven decisions and financial reporting accuracy on total BU Supply level.

Prepare independently ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required and provide solicited or unsolicited financial advice to your stakeholders.
Reporting & Compliance

Prepare monthly business reviews for Facilities & Global Spare Parts and present them to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial results.

Support in consolidating and analyzing the monthly overall BU Supply results and forecasts and assist in preparing overall BU Supply business review presentation.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist in development and implementation of internal controls, including J-SOX compliance by close collaboration with financial control.
Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in controlling

Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of financial tools and software.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Team player with effective communication and influencing skills
-
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Fluent written and spoken English.

Data affinity or PowerBI knowledge is a plus.

Appetite for continuous improvement projects as PMO

This position offers a competitive salary range of €3.600,00 up to €5.500,00 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
