We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team. In this role you will support management in strategic decision-making through financial planning, performance analysis and business control. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will monitor key financial indicators, provide meaningful business insights and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic and operational objectives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitoring variances against budgets and forecasts;
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and month-end closing activities;
Monitor financial and operational KPIs, providing insights and recommending corrective actions;
Perform profitability analyses by project, customer, product and business unit to support management decision-making;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and reliable business data;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting tools and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Controlling, Audit or a similar finance-related role;
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting;
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Oracle is an advantage;
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders;
Fluency in Portuguese and English;
Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
