Huhtamaki’s Foodservice Packaging segment finance team is seeking a Business Controller to strengthen its segment controlling function. In this role, you will provide timely, business-relevant, and value-adding information and analysis to both business and finance communities, drive reporting process and tool development, and actively contribute to initiatives that enhance finance processes and analytics. You will work closely with our business, finance community, group controlling, and IT functions.
Where you’ll beThe position is based at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland on a hybrid basis (4 days per week). You will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, Foodservice.
What you’ll be doingManaging the segment month closing process and business segment FP&A
Providing timely, accurate, and insightful analysis for business and finance stakeholders
Contributing to the business planning process
Supporting finance and controlling development projects to ensure lean, high-quality solutions
Partnering with support functions to drive business performance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant field of study
5+ years of work experience in a comparable Business Controller role
High motivation to work with data and deliver insightful analysis
Analytical and proactive mindset to develop and implement new ideas and concepts
Experience with financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of reporting systems (PowerBI, OneStream, Anaplan) and full proficiency in Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong proficiency in English with the ability to deliver value-adding information to the business.
