🌿 Business Controller – Gardena Division (Belgium & The Netherlands)

💼 Your Mission
Based in Belgium(Zaventem), you will act as the Business Controller for the Gardena division in Belgium and the Netherlands. As a trusted partner to the Country Manager and local teams, you will be at the heart of business performance. Starting date: Q1 2026
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead financial analyses and manage local P&Ls
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Analyse investment proposals and evaluate profitability
- Track and explain variances between budgets and actuals
- Actively participate in operating reviews
- Serve as a sparring partner for Marketing, Sales and Key Account Managers
- Support and align with the local shared service finance team on Gardena related topics
🎓 Your Profile
- Proven experience in Business Controlling, including budgeting & forecasting
- Ideally, experience in a multinational or matrix organisation
- Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- Proficiency with Excel / Power BI; SAP or MFG Pro is a plus
- Genuine interest in sustainability and environmental topics
