WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Digital Business Controller, you contribute to digital profitable growth in the region, playing an important role in understanding our digital commercial performance and the digital P&L. You plan, forecast, and follow up on digital selling and the full sales equation together with the regional commercial team securing a high-quality digital sales plan and ensure delivery of financial result in line with this plan together with the regional commercial team. You are responsible for proactively reviewing performance and identifying opportunities and actions connected to sales, customer, traffic, and logistics to maximize net sales, omni profit.
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight. You are experienced in eCommerce with an understanding of the total digital eco-system and eCommerce analytics. You have strong business intuition and a strategic mindset with the ability to identify customer and business needs. You understand the key drivers and elements of the digital P&L.
You enjoy teamwork, collaborate effectively with a diverse group of people to set and achieve goals and targets.
Key responsibilities
Maximize profitable net sales and customer base for your region and sales market, both short and long-term, by driving net sales and day to day operations and executions in your region with a full understanding of your sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis.
You identify opportunities and threats for your sales markets based on biggest sales/ customer impact; suggesting commercial activities and follow up on the final customer offer and apply learnings to future action; driving selling with products and logistical capacity as key focus areas; following up on total sales market reduction strategy in line with regional strategy.
Ensure delivery of financial result of ecommerce and secure a high-quality digital sales plan through taking ownership for securing digital budget, financial sales plan, forecasts; and is responsible for taking a holistic view, drive and follow up of the digital P&L.
Plan, forecast and follow up on selling and full sales equation together with commercial team, setting sales plan and equation on weekly and daily level for each sales market; evaluate selling daily and hourly versus plans and deliver insights to relevant stakeholders.
Drive analytics, insights and way of working in sales and operation team connecting traffic, web, receipt, customer and logistic data; providing analytical support to the full team in order to further develop capabilities.

We are looking for colleagues with :
Business, economics, business development degree/relevant qualifications.
Strategic mindset to identify key drivers and associated actions to optimize digital sales and profit as part of omni P&L.
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize information, turning analysis into actions as well as adapt at visualizing and presenting analysis and conclusions towards a wide range of stakeholders.
High level of salesmanship and analytical proficiency with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; is an advance Excel, Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Tableau (or similar).
Effective collaborator with strong stakeholder management and communication skills and is experienced in proactively influencing plans and priorities to drive profitability and total omni profit growth.
