As Group Business Control Manager you will report to Head of Group Business Control and play a central role in both creating the company’s financial plans as well as following-up and analyzing the actual outcome and underlying drivers.
What will you do:
We are currently hiring two Group Business Controllers – exact split of below responsibilities will be decided together with the final candidates.
Lead monthly closing activities, including analysis and follow-up of e.g. P&L and KPIs on both Group, Segments & Markets level.
Prepare monthly management report by compiling monthly results and identifying underlying drivers for both financial and non-financial metrics.
Facilitate monthly business review process for follow-up of Markets performance.
Support the Financial planning team in the group budgeting and forecasting processes.
Identify and implement improvements to the current set-up/use of BI-tools.
Contribute to the development of the company financial model.
Contribute with ad hoc analyses, including business case modelling and impact from larger event driven transactions, for presentation to group management and board.
What we´re looking for:
Finance/Consulting experience – ~5 years of experience from similar roles on Group level (e.g. business control, financial control, financial planning and analysis, etc.) and/or consulting roles (e.g. management consulting).
Financial services industry experience – Meriting with a background from a similar or adjacent industry
Multi-geography experience – Meriting with experience of international businesses, working across cultural and geographical boundaries
Financial reporting-/BI-tools – Meriting with experience of working with Financial reporting-/BI-tools
Understanding of financial processes & reports
Excel & Financial modelling
BI-tools, e.g. Qliksense / PowerBI
