Business Control Manager will control and monitor all estate operational activities, including administration, Cost Control and Budgeting (Opex vs Capex), Finance and Accounting, Inventory Management, and Talent Management. execute master data management processes within their department ensuring service levels are met while adhering to relevant data standards. You will focus on meeting deadlines, conducting root cause analysis and solving problems in a constantly evolving environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Optimize Estate Cost Analysis to ensure efficiency and financial sustainability.
- Manage Information Systems and Drive Continuous Improvement across operational processes.
- Ensure Data Integrity through accurate performance and compliance standards.
- Oversee Document Control and Monitor Financial Data for transparency and accountability.
- Guide Production Data Performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage Inventory Control and Stock Planning to maintain optimal resource levels.
- Lead Budgeting and Cost Monitoring to align with organizational goals.
- Administer Capital Allocation and Fixed Asset Management for long-term value creation.
- Champion Talent Management to build and retain a high-performing team.
- Provides day to day, first level supervision for transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of master data process activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or higher in Accounting or Finance, in a related field or equivalent experience
- Preferable had eight year of directly related work experience
- Preferable had working experience as administration coordinator
- Proficient in Ms office and Oracle Discovery.
- Mastering CPS, Manis, and Clarizen systems.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards and financial principles.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Skilled in people management and team development.
- Capable of working effectively across functions.
- Master data information technology, accounting or finance experience
- Demonstrated success in business partnering initiatives
- Proven experience as an Estate Administrator.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or actively contribute to project charters.
- Strong collaboration skills, both internally across teams and externally with stakeholders.
