The opportunity
The Unity Risk Assurance and Advisory team partners with teams across the company to help identify, track, and manage risks in both business and technology. As a part of this continually-expanding mission, we are hiring a management role focused on Business Continuity Planning. This role will help guide the development and enhancement of business continuity plans and related risk management activities across the company.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with business and technology teams across the company in identifying risks, as part of the Risk Assurance and Advisory organization
- Guide teams in creating and updating business continuity plans, for business processes and technology solutions
- Coordinating with and advising leadership on planning status and risk awareness
What we're looking for
- Experience in guiding the evolution and creation of business continuity plans
- Experience in risk identification and management
- Experience with both business process planning and technology planning
You might also have
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on teaching, training, and building understanding
- Experience working with widely distributed and remote teams
