We employ approximately 13,000 people and operate in 60 countries. Through our pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely and with less environmental impact.
What does that mean for you? You’ll join an international organization big enough to take you anywhere, and small enough to get you there sooner. You’ll help change how goods get to market and contribute to global sustainability. You’ll be empowered to bring your authentic self to work and be surrounded by diverse and driven professionals. And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.

Job Description

This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role at the center of how CHEP North America prepares for, responds to, and recovers from disruption.
As a key partner to the Business Continuity Lead – Americas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the Brambles Business Continuity and Crisis Management Framework, aligned with ISO 22301:2019. Your work will directly influence the organization’s ability to remain resilient in the face of operational, supply chain, technology, and crisis events—protecting people, assets, and customer service when it matters most.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Develop and execute the strategic direction for Brambles' global Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, ensuring effective tactical management and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a global team of regional BCM leads, overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of all aspects of the BCM program.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of globally standardized BCM guidance materials to ensure consistency and eliminate regional duplication.
  • Oversee the internal audit program for BCM, using audit findings to drive continuous global program improvements and ensure compliance with Brambles' internal audit recommendations.
  • Coordinate regional crisis management efforts, ensuring consistent engagement, escalation, and communication with global leadership and key customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal functions to enhance the BCM program and ensure its alignment with broader corporate initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Brambles, supporting external engagements with clients and research institutions to explore commercialization opportunities for BCM services.
  • Provide strategic input and expertise to continuously evolve and improve Brambles' approach to business continuity management, ensuring the company is prepared for operational disruptions.

You will build on an established foundation while continuously raising the bar—strengthening strategies, plans, and capabilities that ensure CHEP North America can anticipate disruption, respond decisively, and recover with confidence. This includes maintaining, testing, and evolving business continuity and crisis management plans that safeguard our operations, keep employees safe, and ensure uninterrupted service to our customers.
Location: Atlanta, GA or Orlando, FL - Hybrid Remote/In office Requirements

Please note our offices will be moving from Alpharetta, GA to the Atlanta Metro area in Fall of 2026: Promenade Central, 1200 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309.

Scope

Your impact spans the full breadth of CHEP North America. This includes operations, service centers, functional teams, and business units—within a complex, matrixed, and partially third‑party‑managed network.

Major / Key Accountabilities:

  • Champion and implement the Business Continuity and Crisis Management Framework across North America
  • Develop and execute business continuity strategies aligned with enterprise objectives and real‑world risk scenarios
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify critical processes, dependencies, and interdependencies
