This opportunity provides a Hybrid work schedule form one of our offices in El Segundo, CA or Dallas Texas.
What you will do:
Support the development, maintenance, and annual review of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans across business units and technology teams.
Assist with Business Impact Analyses (BIA), including identification of critical processes, dependencies, and recovery requirements.
Maintain documentation for recovery strategies, recovery time objectives (RTOs), and recovery point objectives (RPOs).
Coordinate and support BCP/DR testing activities, including tabletop exercises, scenario‑based simulations, and technology recovery tests.
Track test results, document gaps, and support remediation efforts with business and IT owners
Assist in post‑incident reviews and lessons‑learned activities
Partner with business units, IT, information security, vendor management, and risk teams to validate recovery capabilities and dependencies
Monitor reporting channels and respond to Business Continuity situations and execute the crisis communication strategy.
What you will need to have:
2-5 years relevant experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Cyber Resiliency, and/or Facilities Security.
Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, insurance, or a similarly regulated environment.
Working knowledge of BCP/DR concepts, including BIAs, RTO/RPO, crisis management, and recovery testing.
Familiarity with regulatory expectations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, FFIEC concepts) related to business continuity.
Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000), plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
