Job Description
- Define and implement the automation strategy, aligning it with broader business objectives.
- Oversee the entire RPA lifecycle, from initial assessment to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Foster a culture of automation and innovation within the organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality solutions and intelligent automations.
- Design, develop, and test complex automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate and other RPA tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA implementations.
- Identify and prioritize process automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of RPA solutions into production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation, with a strong focus on UiPath and Power Automate.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring RPA teams.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and APIs.
- Apply AI skills to automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in RPA (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer) preferred.
