Job Description

• Lead and manage client projects, ensuring successful delivery through expertise in Project Management and Business Consulting.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risks, leveraging both Scrum and Agile methodologies to meet client goals and expectations.
• Develop and present sales proposals and materials, actively contributing to the unit’s growth and client acquisition.
• Identify and advocate for innovative approaches that enhance our service offerings and add value for our clients.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management; relevant certifications are an asset.
• Proven track record in Project Management, or Business Consulting, ideally within a technology consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of business principles with the ability to translate them into actionable, impactful solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams, both internally and with clients.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a creative approach to solving complex challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Genuine interest in helping organizations become more agile and responsive to change.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
