Position Overview:
Are you passionate about driving successful client experiences and delivering impactful solutions? In this role, you will lead implementation projects for IdeaPoint’s innovative offerings, taking ownership from kick-off through go live. You’ll manage scope, timelines, and communications to ensure each project is executed successfully.

We’re looking for a professional with strong business presence, hands-on experience in business systems integration, and a proven ability to manage projects of all sizes.
You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Like To:
- Own implementation projects from kick-off through go-live, managing the full lifecycle and working directly with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Gather and document requirements through virtual meetings, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process reviews, use cases, and workflow analysis.
- Communicate and collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to understand information needs and functional requirements.
- Analyze information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, break down complex details, and identify true business needs beyond stated requests.
- Partner with technical teams and subject matter experts to define technical vision and evaluate trade-offs between usability and performance.
- Provide support to end users for web-based applications and escalate issues when necessary.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple language for non-technical audiences.
- Perform workflow and functionality gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate efforts across business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years relevant work experience
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to manage time efficiently, thoroughness and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and meeting management skills
- Proven experience leading implementation projects from kick-off through go-live
- Knowledge of systems integration and the system development lifecycle
- Experience in running software related projects, preferably multiple projects at once
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project
- Ability to travel on a need basis
- Technical background (preferred)
