This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with expertise in R&D technology platforms, particularly IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) and Ketryx. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, R&D teams, and IT teams to optimize engineering processes, improve requirements management, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and business teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of IBM ELM and Ketryx platforms.

Translate business needs into functional requirements and technology solutions.

Improve requirements management, traceability, change management, and engineering workflows.

Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and business process improvement.

Support system integration, data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Prepare functional documentation, business requirements, and user training materials.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Requirements Required Skills

Strong experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant within R&D or engineering technology environments.

Hands-on experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM).

Experience with Ketryx for product development lifecycle management, traceability, or compliance.

Understanding of requirements management, engineering lifecycle processes, and change control.

Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and managing stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Skills Required
