Position Summary

JAN-PRO of Tucson is seeking a relationship-driven Business Consultant to support and develop our network of Certified Business Owners (CBOs). This role serves as a trusted advisor, helping franchise owners improve operational performance, strengthen customer relationships, and grow profitable businesses while ensuring compliance with JAN-PRO brand standards.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and building long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to balance operational support with franchise development in a fast-paced, field-based environment.


Key Responsibilities

Franchise Business Consulting & Support

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of Certified Business Owners.
  • Coach franchise owners on best practices to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and provide practical recommendations tailored to each franchise owner's needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing guidance, support, and accountability.

Operations & Brand Standards

  • Conduct regular customer and franchise site visits to evaluate service quality and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with JAN-PRO operational procedures, brand standards, and franchise policies.
  • Address operational concerns proactively and collaborate with franchise owners to implement corrective action plans when needed.
  • Support customer retention through consistent service quality and effective issue resolution.

Training & Development

  • Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new and existing Certified Business Owners.
  • Deliver coaching and educational sessions that reinforce operational excellence and business management best practices.
  • Stay current on JAN-PRO programs, processes, technology, and industry trends to provide relevant guidance.

Relationship Management

  • Build trust with franchise owners and customers through responsive communication and exceptional service.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure franchise owners receive the resources and support needed for success.
  • Adapt to changing business needs while managing multiple priorities across an assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • 2+ years of experience in business consulting, franchise support, account management, customer success, operations, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, influence others, and drive positive business outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms and other business technology preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market for customer and franchise visits.
