To support the ARIS Consulting team in the DACH region, we are looking for an (Associate) Consultant* for Business Process Management to start as soon as possible. The team is in the ARIS Professional Services division. Our new team member will support leading companies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and possibly internationally in customer projects in the process-oriented requirements analysis and implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions based on the ARIS platform.

Essential Functions

• Consulting and support our customers on the design and implementation of Business Process Management solutions

• Analyzing customer requirements and designing and testing customer-specific solutions based on the ARIS suite

• Work closely with our Professional Services development team as the interface between business requirements and technical solution.

• Execution and support of requirements or process design workshops

• Method conception, documentation and configuration with ARIS

• Process modeling with ARIS

• Preparation and implementation of ARIS training courses for customers and partners and, if necessary, creation of individual training documents

Minimum Requirements

• Successful completion of a university degree (preferably in economics, business informatics or engineering) or a comparable education

• Good level of technical understanding (e.g. data models)

• High customer orientation and strong communication skills in dialogue with customers and internal teams

• Analytical thinking and ability to think abstractly, quick comprehension, enthusiasm and creativity

• Ability to act independently and responsibly (both in project and customer situations as well as in continuous, autonomous training)

• (Initial) professional experience (ideally in Business Process Management or Process Mining) would be an advantage

• Experience in requirements analysis and solution design is an advantage

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Flexibility and willingness to travel (occasionally) for customer workshops or internal meetings
