We partner with enterprises to optimise their technology estates, delivering flexible engagement models ranging from augmentation to outcome-based projects and managed teams.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Business Change Project Manager to lead and support cross-functional initiatives to drive organisational improvement and operational effectiveness. This role focuses on delivering business change projects and coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams. You will manage smaller initiatives end-to-end while supporting larger programmes by ensuring alignment, maintaining momentum, and providing clear visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes. Through strong collaboration and structured delivery, you will help embed new processes, improve operational practices, and support the organisation’s ongoing evolution.

Who We Are

At Sedona, we thrive on solving complex challenges. By blending design, engineering, and analytics, we help organisations harness the power of technology to create innovative digital experiences and shape their future.

Your Role at Sedona Digital

You will play a key role in delivering cross-functional projects that support organisational change and operational improvement. Working across all business units, including HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations.  This role will manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, owning smaller projects end-to-end while supporting the delivery of larger programmes by coordinating stakeholders and tracking progress.

The role requires strong project management capability, practical business analysis skills, and an ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, processes, and actions. This is not a technical PM role; instead, it focuses on business change, teamwork, communication, and structured delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver multiple business change initiatives in parallel, ensuring projects progress effectively to meet agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Own the endtoend delivery of smallscale business change projects, from initiation through to handover
  • Coordinate the delivery of larger, crossfunctional initiatives by aligning inputs from multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, proactive, and timely communication to stakeholders on project progress, risks, issues.
  • Lead business analysis activities to define clear project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business priorities and operational needs.
  • Document business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to understand currentstate processes, pain points, data needs, and desired future outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into structured, actionable deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain highquality operational and project documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
  • Ensure all project and process documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a central coordination point for crossteam activity, ensuring actions are clearly defined, owners are accountable, and dependencies are actively managed.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment, clarify requirements, resolve issues, and accelerate delivery.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across business functions to support engagement, collaboration, and adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Support the successful adoption of change by working closely with stakeholders to embed new processes and operational practices into daytoday business activity.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of business change frameworks, templates, and delivery standards, increasing consistency and delivery maturity.
  • Identify and recommend process, data, and operational improvements based on project insights and delivery experience, driving increased efficiency and scalability.
  • Promote bestpractice project and change management approaches across the organisation, helping to improve delivery outcomes and reduce operational risk over time.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 10 years’ experience in business change management or project management.
  • Proven track record delivering small to medium business change or operational projects, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Strong project delivery skills (planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting) with experience using project plans, Gantt charts, RAID logs, and dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and ability to apply these methods in a business change context.
  • Solid business analysis capability including requirements gathering, scope definition, and process mapping.
  • Ability to produce clear SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation that support scalable operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to both delivery teams and senior leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Analytical, practical, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting, plus familiarity with project planning/PM tools.
  • Understanding of business and organisational change principles (e.g., ADKAR).
  • Experience working in IT services or service-led environments (preferred).
  • Desirable: exposure to systems integration, IT transition, or service transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborative, structured, and proactive approach to coordinating activity and driving progress.
  • Genuine interest in business change, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
