As a Business Change Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Finance & Business Management team. This is your opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to the success of our business initiatives.
As a Business Change Management Associate in our Business Support Management team, you will provide essential administrative and control-focused support to our CIB businesses. You will work closely with colleagues across various levels and lines of business, including Business Management, Business Control Office, and technology partners. Your role is vital in ensuring seamless business connectivity and support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage on/off boarding processes, including verification checks and tech access.
- Implement controls for physical access and business resiliency.
- Coordinate real estate activities like space planning and move management.
- Ensure headcount accuracy and optimize space utilization.
- Analyze operational changes and summarize data for presentations.
- Resolve day-to-day issues, including seating and data constraints.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and oversee related projects.
- Facilitate global tech initiatives and policy implementation.
- Act as a business liaison for effective delivery and controls.
- Coordinate with Offshore Hub for onboarding and tech requests.
- Oversee audit processes and ensure compliance with firm policies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven track record in business analysis and project management.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to streamline work processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong focus on delivery and results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- VBA/Macro skills are an advantage but not essential.
- Experience in managing change and implementing new processes.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-based environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
