This is a role for someone who can see the bigger picture, build trusted relationships, and turn complex business needs into clear, deliverable change. You’ll play a key role in helping us prioritise what matters, deliver measurable value and make Lloyd’s an even better place to work.
What you’ll do
You’ll sit within our Change team in Operations, where we connect business strategy with delivery. We shape priorities, define roadmaps, support investment decisions and help ensure change delivers the right outcomes at the right time.

- Translate strategy into action by helping define multi-year roadmaps, outcomes and priorities aligned to Lloyd’s strategy
- Support portfolio decisions by balancing value, risk, cost and capacity, and helping create clear business cases and investment recommendations
- Lead change delivery across key business initiatives, ensuring projects are mobilised well and set up for success
- Drive value realisation by defining meaningful measures, tracking benefits and highlighting risks and dependencies
- Enable continuous improvement by supporting smaller change initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness and colleague experience
- Work across teams to build alignment with Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, Architecture and delivery teams
- Bring insight into decision-making through structured analysis, strong governance and a focus on measurable outcomes
- Look ahead by identifying market, regulatory and technology trends that could shape future priorities
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with strong business change experience and the confidence to lead in a complex, regulated environment.
You’ll bring:
- Experience delivering business change, portfolio change or transformation across complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at senior levels
- A track record of turning strategy, ideas and business needs into clear plans and deliverable outcomes
- Experience working across multiple phases of the change lifecycle, from shaping and prioritisation through to delivery and value realisation
- Confidence working in a regulated environment, ideally within insurance, financial services or a similarly complex sector
- Strong judgement, curiosity and the ability to challenge constructively
- Excellent communication skills, with a clear and practical approach
- Experience working across matrix teams, including third parties or offshore delivery partners
- Experience in portfolio management, continuous improvement, project mobilisation or business case development would be particularly valuable.
