Role Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Business Central Developer to drive end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for our clients. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who has led full-cycle BC implementations and has strong depth in the Finance module & someone comfortable owning solution design, guiding a team, and engaging directly with client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Business Central, from requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, customization, testing, and go-live
- Own the technical architecture and development of AL extensions, integrations, and customizations within Business Central
- Design and configure the Finance module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable BC solutions
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, reviewing code and ensuring delivery quality
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients during implementation, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Required Skill & Qualification:
- Proven experience leading at least 2-3 full-cycle Business Central implementations.
- Strong, hands-on experience configuring and customizing the Finance module.
- Solid command of AL language, extensions development, and Business Central architecture.
- Experience with integrations (APIs, Power Platform, or third-party systems) .
- Ability to lead technically and communicate confidently with client stakeholders.
- Exposure to Data Warehousing and Advanced Data Warehousing concepts within a BC/D365 ecosystem.
- Experience across other Dynamics 365 modules.
