Business Capability Expert-Digital Channels
The Business Capability Expert 60 [Digital channels] is responsible for executing and enhancing business capabilities [people, process, data, IT], through business process management and optimization to uncover opportunities for improvement, leading to improved business outcomes for e-channels. The role operates independently, but also as part of a cross functional team, coordinating with Central Functions, CoEs, and Local Process Owners to align capability enhancements with organizational goals.
The role facilitates the development of necessary organizational competencies and Co-creates roadmaps for end-to-end capabilities, ensuring operational compliance and productivity. The role develops communication strategies and collaborates with local experts, ensures effective process configuration and capability implementation. The role stays informed on emerging technologies, tracks KPIs, and maintains records of lessons learned to drive ongoing improvements and innovation.
Your role:
Assesses business processes to uncover and articulate opportunities for enhancing business capabilities, leading to the development of detailed business cases and strategic plans for improvement.
Works independently under broad guidelines, exercising sound judgment and decision-making on significant matters that impact business capability development and implementation.
Coordinates with Central Functions, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and Local Process Owners/Experts to collect requirements for business capability improvements, ensuring enhancements align with organizational goals and objectives.
Facilitates the development of organizational competencies, ensuring required expertise and skills are cultivated and aligned with the effective execution of business capabilities, supporting overall organizational success.
Assists in developing a thorough roadmap for end-to-end business capabilities, ensuring compliance with operational standards optimizing value delivery and productivity to drive profitable growth.
Develops comprehensive communication strategies to effectively update stakeholders on new capabilities, changes, and enhancements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborates with local process experts to tailor and adjust business processes to meet unit-specific requirements and manages the implementation of new capabilities.
Analyses key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of business capabilities, consistently reviewing performance data to ensure alignment with targets and goals.
Maintains detailed records of lessons learned from projects to guide future enhancements of business capabilities, ensuring insights are leveraged to improve practices and prevent the recurrence of previous issues.
You are part of the Imaging BPSE organization responsible for helping translate value creation opportunities identified in the Imaging BUs [MR, CT/AMI and DXR] into portfolio capability roadmaps & seeing them through to fruition.
You are the right fit:
Bachelor's / master's degree in engineering, Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience.
Certifications in areas such as Digital transformation, AI, Project Management, Change Management, Risk Management or equivalent would be an added value.
Expertise in e-commerce channel enablement is a must i.e. Familiar with [i] Technology/Tooling/AI capabilities landscape for E-Commerce [ii] E2E i.e. I2M, M2O & O2C capabilities enablement for e-commerce processes needed for products & services via direct channels / partners [iii] AI based approach to digital channel enablement
Experience in directly managing / orchestrating, Business process design / transformation projects and/or IT capability enablement projects.
Good business acumen with proven experience in operational and process management, including KPI monitoring, data management and regulatory compliance.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement initiatives and benchmarking.
Capable of driving process enhancements and managing training delivery to support organizational development.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Skills Required
