The Strategic Programs & Operations (SPO) team at Miro is focused on driving zero-to-one company-wide initiatives that accelerate Miro’s growth. We collaborate across Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People teams in a fast, lean, customer centric environment; we are focused on experimentation and learning the motions that later are scaled in the organisation.
We’re looking for a Junior Business Associate to support our Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) in Amsterdam. Travel may be required depending on the initiatives that are being run.
This is a hands-on, early-career opportunity for someone eager to learn how a global tech company operates at the executive level. You’ll work directly with the CTO, combining executive support, problem-solving, and AI automation to help things run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll handle a mix of practical and strategic work — from booking travel and managing calendars to building small-scale AI automations that improve workflows or create new efficiencies. If you love experimenting (and building!) with AI tools, organizing complex tasks, and learning how senior leaders make decisions, this role offers a unique “mini-MBA in action” experience.
We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, humble, and eager to grow — someone who’s just starting out but ready to make an outsized impact by helping a high-level executive operate at peak effectiveness.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows to automate everyday processes and improve how the team operates and how customers are served.
- Automate as much as possible of routine things like travel, logistics, expense management, knowledge management, and anything else that can be automated. Then support with executing whatever is not automated
- Help manage the CTO’s and our team’s CRM and customer relationships turning relationships into the strategic growth driver
- Improve team ways of working and support the CTO’s and our team’s day-to-day effectiveness by helping us to focus our attention on the most impactful things
- Help to prepare for customer meetings and take ownership of follow-throughs
- Support with communication and content creation: doing research on topics that are relevant for our customers and turning it into thought leadership, drafting presentations, and other materials.
- Helping CTO and our team to maximize the value of our social profiles and our presence on social media
- Project management of some cross functional initiatives, connecting the dots across the organisation and ensuring pacing and on-point execution
- Be the “AI champion” in the team — staying on top of new tools, testing them, and helping others benefit from automation.
- 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment (internships and early career roles welcome).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools - you enjoy experimenting with automation, building agentic workflows, or finding ways to make processes smarter.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn - motivated to understand how a global business operates and how executives make decisions.
- Comfort with administrative tasks (travel booking, calendar management, expense reporting) and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset - you anticipate needs and figure things out independently.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Team-first attitude, eager to contribute and grow within a supportive, high-performing environment.
- Experience with Google Workspace, AI productivity tools is a must.
- Competitive equity package
- Medical insurance coverage
- Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office
- Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
- Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career
- Travel allowance for your commute
- Opportunity to work for a globally diverse team
