As a Business Assistant within Commercial & Investment Banking, you provide essential executive support and help drive business priorities. You work closely with senior leaders and teams, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. You play a vital role in managing meetings, travel, and events, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, clients, and key partners.
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership.
- Organize and support events, including town halls, off-sites, and investor meetings.
- Process expenses and manage account reconciliations in partnership with Expense Management.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business priorities and the investor landscape.
- Serve as a system expert for internal tools, reporting, and document management.
