Business Architect

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in a variety of tasks that focus on identifying opportunities to enhance business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining effective business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various teams to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication. - Proficiency in change management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
