Project Role : Business Architect
Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. The role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports ongoing transformation efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache JMeter, Appdynamics APM, Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to design and implement scalable business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Continuous Verification & Strategy: Define and implement maturity assessments to develop tailor-made strategies for verifying Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for business-critical, client-facing applications within Touchpoint.
- Shift-Left & CI/CD Integration: Automate performance analysis and quality gates within GitLab pipelines to enable QualitySpeed and continuous testing.
- Hands-on Load Testing: Plan, implement, and execute scalability, capacity, and performance tests using tools such as JMeter, K6, Azure Load Test, or Gatling. Experience with LoadRunner will be an added advantage.
- Observability & APM: Design and develop observability solutions using Splunk, AppDynamics, Azure Application Insights, LGTM stack, or similar APM tools to monitor system health and detect anomalies.
- Runtime Optimization: Conduct deep-dive runtime analysis and optimization of complex distributed systems hosted on UBS cloud platforms.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python for scripting, automation, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code environments.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Use test analytics to identify performance bottlenecks, system weaknesses, and architecture-level improvement opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical performance issues into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good to Have: Experience working with low-latency applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Please ensure that the RTO Clause is always included in the Job Description while creating any demand.
-The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.
