- ビジネス部門の要求ヒアリングを行い、プロジェクトの企画・計画立案およびソリューション提案を実施
- プロジェクト実行のリード、ならびにシステム運用・保守のリーディング
- グローバルIT戦略に基づく企画・提案および実行推進
【組織】
Sony Interactive Entertainment のコーポレート領域（経理・調達・法務・IT 等）において、業務整理・BPRの推進、システム構築プロジェクト管理、運用・保守の効率化を担います。
グローバルチームと連携し、日本語・英語を日常的に使用する環境で、組織戦略に基づく施策の提案・実行を担当します。
また、新規ビジネスやアプリケーションにも関与し、高い裁量を持って自律的に業務を推進いただきます（海外出張の機会あり）。
■求められるスキル・経験
【必須（MUST）】
- 5年以上のプロジェクトマネージャーまたはリーダー経験
（数名～数十名規模のプロジェクトを想定）
- 自主的に課題を捉え、関係者を巻き込みながら解決に導ける方
- システム系コンサルティング経験、または社内ITとしてビジネスユーザーと協業・社内コンサルを行った経験
- システムの上流工程・導入工程・運用保守工程のいずれかの経験
※上流工程：構想策定・企画・要件定義
※導入工程：設計・開発・テスト
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル（日本語能力試験N1相当以上）ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC 650点以上）
【尚可（WANT）】
- ServiceNow、SAP、Coupa、MuleSoft いずれかの導入経験
- Asset Management／OTC／PTP領域の業務アプリケーション経験
- グローバルシステム導入プロジェクトの経験
- AIに関する知見または導入経験
