- Document the clients' requirements in a comprehensive way, in order to provide solution that fulfills their needs
- Install and troubleshoot software solutions
- Conduct software testing
- Communicate with clients over phone, emails or personal meetings
- Create training materials
- Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients' needs
- Provide continuous support on software solutions
- Create technical documentation on project's deliverables
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics
- 0-2 years of experience in client support for software solutions
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of Financial ERP software will be considered an asset
- Knowledge and experience in database implementation MS SQL Server will be considered a plus
- Excellent communicational skills
