Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit and document business and functional requirements
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement validation sessions

  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, and process maps

Qualifications

INTERNAL

  • At least 1 year tenure as B4 or P1, P2
  • No DA or Not in any active prescriptive period

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2 – 4 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience; (BS Industrial Engineering, BS Business Administration preferred)
  • Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models) required
  • Intermediate to advanced Process and Data analysis skills (process mapping, VSM, Time and Motion Study, Benefit Quantification) required
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills, good communication and exhibits critical thinking skills
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt required, Green belt preferred
  • Basic to Intermediate Data Analytics skills
  • Familiarity in using BI Tools such as Power BI and Tableau

Success Indicators (P2)

  • Quality and clarity Process Solution Documents with zero to minimal rework
  • On-time project delivery with proper change communication and management
  • Good overall Stakeholder satisfaction
