Responsibilities
- Develop scalable analytics solutions covering core Medical Economics use cases such as provider benchmarking, medical cost and utilization trend drivers, population risk stratification and claims leakage.
- Build self-service dashboards that enable stakeholders to identify savings opportunities across markets
- Partner with Network, Clinical, and FWA teams to translate insights into actionable interventions
- Support stakeholders in contracting strategy and provider negotiations, clinical pathway optimization and FWA detection
- Lead the unification and standardization of claims and eligibility datasets across multiple policy administration systems
- Partner with Data & Technology teams to transition from fragmented extracts to a scalable, connected data environment
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders across Medical Economics, Network, and Clinical and FWA teams
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data specialists to deliver high-impact outputs
- Collaborate with actuarial and analytics teams to leverage existing capabilities and avoid duplication of efforts
