  • Partner with Data & Technology teams to transition from fragmented extracts to a scalable, connected data environment
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders across Medical Economics, Network, and Clinical and FWA teams
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data specialists to deliver high-impact outputs
  • Collaborate with actuarial and analytics teams to leverage existing capabilities and avoid duplication of efforts
