Key Responsibilities:
Analytics and Visualization (Power BI):
• Lead the Market Performance section of International Region Power BI Ecosystem- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support marketing analytics and insights generation.
• Collaborate with leadership/stakeholders (Sr. Directors and above), to understand their data needs, vision/roadmap and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Use ETL capabilities (e.g., Power Query, dataflows, or similar) to clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create advance calculations and measures in Power BI.
• Create and optimize data models to support efficient data analysis and reporting. • Experience of using Advanced PBI and building AI-ML models are valued differentiators.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Stay updated with latest trends (GenAI), best practices in Power BI and data visualization.
Automation:
• Analyze repetitive tasks (high effort x high value OR high effort x low value) and automate the same using Power BI and Power Automate.
• Experience of using UiPath, Excel VBA Macros for automation are beneficial.
