What will you do at Infobip?
- Use spreadsheets data visualization tools or CRM customer relationship management software to collect and analyze sales data such as revenue figures and customer information
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators for sales, marketing and revenue, providing insights to the team and management support with identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement in the sales process
- Assist in managing the customer relationship management system ensuring data accuracy and updating customer records
- Assist in sales forecasting activities by analyzing historical sales data market trends and other relevant factors
- Document standard operating procedures and guidelines for revenue related processes ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer within the team participate in special projects or initiatives
More About You
- Fresh graduate or last year student of Economics or Business studies and you can work full time for 12 months
- You can work full time on site ( 40 hours per week)
- You have the affinity towards Business Analysis
- You have the affinity towards Data and reporting
- You are persistent and solution oriented
- You are fluent in English – both written and spoken
- You are willing to work in a fast-growing environment
