Infobip is looking for 2 interns to join our Business Analytics team in Bogota and Curitiba. Business Analytics Intern is an entry role in BA function. Activities are completed with strong guidance and support from the Business Analytics team and colleagues:

Daily Analysis: Dive into daily traffic, revenue, gross profit, and quality analysis to keep things running smoothly.

Special Analyses: Prepare and present special analyses for smaller customers to the Sales team.

Deal Profitability: Track the profitability of all customer deals, report internally on project profitability, and suggest next steps for improvement.

Pricing Strategy Participation: Provide analytical inputs to support the regional pricing strategy.

Traffic Analysis: Analyze regional aggregators’ traffic and provide opportunity insights to the Sales team.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams on changes in routes, senders, and regulations, providing valuable business insights and requirement's

Global Communication: Maintain communication with the Global CA team to ensure high-level information flow, suggest operational and business improvements, and share good practices and use cases from the region.

Qualifications for Business Analyst Intern

Student on final Semester in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math or a related field 😊(You need to be ready to start your Internship period in January 2025 -1)

Advanced skills in written and spoken English language (any additional language is a plus)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
