Co-Brand Product Analytics SVP (C14)
Position Summary
The Co-Brand Product Analytics SVP is responsible for driving CoB product growth for CRS currently at 20MM accounts & $21Bn receivables by developing & executing growth strategies driven by decision & data science. Accountable for driving results through in-depth analysis of existing product features and their performance to identify areas for improvement and new developments. The role entails Leading & mentoring a team of analytics professionals, focusing on driving insights for co-branded credit card products.
Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Insights Leverage Citi’s US Personal Banking data sources to identify key trends, customer behaviors, and market opportunities for product innovation.
Investment Management: Ensure the allocation of investment is aligned to high growth, high value opportunity to drive revenue growth. Quantifying addressable market opportunity using data-driven insights, informed decision-making, and long-term foresight
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, prioritize initiatives based on impact potential and organizational priorities
Revenue Assurance: Collaborate with X-functional team to identify Opportunities and risk to revenue targets, quantifying the projected impact of potential product enhancements on key metrics, including acquisition, activation, engagement, spend, and retention.
Investment Optimization: Perform advanced customer segmentation and needs analysis to inform targeted product development and personalization strategies. Ensure continuous monitoring and reporting on the performance of enhanced products, leveraging dashboards and advanced analytics
Strategic alignment & execution roadmap: Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and external partners to translate data insights into a data-driven product roadmap and articulate clear, concise analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic product decisions.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience
Experience in Credit Cards - Branded or Retail
Ability in strategic thinking and the ability to frame business problems
Excellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data
An influencer who communicates clearly and frequently to both technical analysts and non-technical business leaders
Intellectually curious, consistently seeking and developing new opportunities
Market research experience.
