The BDS Fabrication Strategy team is seeking a Business Analytics First-Line Manager (K-Level) in Mesa, AZ. To be successful, this individual will possess strong analysis, organization, and communication skills.
This is a new role in BDS Fabrication Business Integration to help drive KPI improvements and lead strategy projects.
Our team needs a highly adaptable professional who models Speak, Seek, and Listen habits and utilizes their skills and experiences to make our organization better.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage employees to conduct assessments of processes and practices across BDS Fabrication to drive improvement in quality, schedule and cost performance
  • Works with cross functional teams to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish business initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
  • Gathers and interprets data for metrics to validate results and communicate out for understanding
  • Analyzes and interprets data
  • Provides feedback on assessment results
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
  • Provide oversight of the analytics team to achieve key goals and objectives
  • Manage and develop teams to ensure development objectives are achieved

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is 100% onsite
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in Fabrication, Manufacturing, Quality, or Supply Chain or Production Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience interfacing and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • 5+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience building and managing performance measurement scorecards
  • Experience driving results through influence (outside direct reporting structure)
  • Experience implementing strategies and plans under general direction

Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Shift:
This position will be for 1st Shift.

Salary Range: $111,350 - $150,650
