Resonate is hiring a Business Analytics Associate to support our Product and Engineering teams.
Job Duties:
- Participate in cross functional collaboration with the Product and Engineering Team for data extraction, manipulation and visualization.
- Research ways to improve pre-existing products in the system and propose new ideas.
- Build dashboard/reports to track various product KPI.
- Automate pre-existing process for smoother transactions.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or a closely related field plus
- 1 year experience in data analysis or Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or a closely related field plus
- 5 years’ experience in data analysis. Experience must include 1 year in each of the following: data extraction; data manipulation; Python; SQL; Data visualization using Tableau/Power BI; Automation; and Machine Learning.
