Job Summary
We are looking for a analytically minded professional, to lead the analysis of affordability initiative results across Network, Clinical and Payment Integrity functions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, excellent numerical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into insights that drive impactful decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor initiative tracking results to identify trends and proactively surface new areas for analysis to the broader team.
- Develop data-driven narratives and presentation materials to communicate results of affordability initiatives to stakeholders.
- Actively contributes to process improvement and automation of savings initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between Clinical, Network and Payment integrity teams with Medical Economics, to build the bottom’s up list of affordability initiatives that will deliver on our financial goals.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in finance / actuarial / data analytics role, preferably medical insurance related.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
- High level of numeracy, attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to abstract insights and translate them into simple, messages.
