Position Overview:
Own recurring and ad hoc reporting for the Global Institutional client coverage platform (pipeline, activity, territory coverage), delivering accurate, on-time reports/dashboards and insights for senior leadership and the coverage organization
Maintain the internal client fee database and execute ongoing fee monitoring and controls, escalating issues and trends as needed
Prepare coverage materials for internal forums (business reviews, town halls, leadership updates) and provide client platform statistics for broader firm reporting
Partner with key internal partners such as Client Advisors/Associates, Finance and sales data management to ensure client, activity, and sales attribution data is accurate and consistent across official reporting and firmwide materials
Conduct financial and strategic analysis in order to develop fact-based insights and recommendations for the Global Institutional distribution strategy based on both internal and external industry data
Primary Responsibilities:
Produce accurate, on-time high-quality reporting and dynamic dashboards for the Global Institutional client coverage team
Deliver recurring sales/coverage reporting and ad hoc analysis focused on the client coverage platform (pipeline, activity, territory coverage, etc.)
Partner with Client Advisors and Client Associates to stay abreast of developments in the client coverage organization (new business opportunities, fundings, business at risk)
Maintain internal client fee database and execute related fee monitoring processes
Prepare materials for internal meetings (business reviews, town halls, leadership updates)
Provide client platform statistics for firmwide reports and presentations
Work with Finance to ensure sales attribution is captured correctly in official reporting
Improve how the work gets done: simplify workflows, reduce manual steps and automate recurring tasks
Experience & Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field of study
2-4 years’ demonstrable experience in the asset management industry or demonstrable experience in management consulting
Strong analytical and technical skills; advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is required; experience with Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Salesforce or comparable tools preferred
Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
Attention to detail and business acumen essential
Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $75,000-$120,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
