Business Analysts Manager – Partner Solutions

A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts working on customer- and partner-facing technologies.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Provide direction on requirements discovery, solution design, prioritization, and decision-making.

• Ensure alignment between BA workload, organizational priorities, and technology roadmaps.

• Define and track KPIs measuring product performance and operational efficiency.

• Use data to support recommendations and executive-level reporting.

Product & Solution Ownership

• Lead the team responsible for defining operational requirements related to new customer products or platforms, contractor applications, route assignment tools, CRM systems, and mobile applications.

• Work closely with Product Management and IT Development to design enhancements, resolve constraints, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

• Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Technology for all customer- and partner-facing products.

• Shape and influence product roadmaps based on operational needs, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices.

Operational Analysis & Optimization

• Guide the team in analyzing existing processes, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements to enhance customer and Independent Delivery Contractor (IDC) experience.

• Lead or support initiatives related to transportation systems, route assignment, driver governance, station workflows, and logistics analytics.

Project Delivery & Change Management

• Oversee project planning, risk identification, scope definition, and milestone delivery for BA-led initiatives.

• Ensure high-quality documentation (BRDs, user stories, user flows, business rules, process maps, UAT plans, POC and pilot strategies).

• Validate new systems and enhancements through structured test plans, UAT leadership, and stakeholder sign-off.

• Support implementation and deployment across Intelcom’s network (rollout planning, station selection, change communication, training coordination).

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Build strong relationships with Operations leadership, Technology teams, Product, Finance, Customer Experience, and IDC management.

• Translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements.

• Provide timely and accurate communication on project status, risks, and decisions.

• Influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations, negotiation, and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, product/technology delivery, or operations within logistics or transportation.

• Proven experience managing or leading Business Analysts or cross-functional teams.

• Strong background in courier logistics tools (last mile, middle mile), including customer-facing technologies, mobile applications, route optimization and assignment, TMS/WMS systems, Vehicle Routing Systems (VRS), and logistics platforms.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong facilitation, negotiation, and influencing abilities.

• Comfortable working in complex, evolving environments and making timely decisions while balancing risk and operational impact.

• Strong command of both French and English to operate in a bilingual environment.
