Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Business Analyst/Digital Transformation Program Manager to be based in New York, NY.This role is based within our client environment to serve as a designated business analyst to support several Digital Transformation initiatives. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan, execute, and oversee digital initiatives using Agile, Scrum, or traditional methodologies.
• Monitor risks, costs, and resources to keep initiatives on track.
• Work within client acquired software platforms to implement business solutions.
• Design, document and perform testing procedures for implemented solutions.
• Develop supporting documentation (user guides, job aids, training materials, etc).
• Develop and conduct stakeholder training.
• Work closely with dynamic stakeholder teams to define and document as-is business processes, critical performance metrics, and program/project control requirements.
• Translate documented requirements into system configurations, software business process workflows and reporting metrics (workflows, data dictionaries, use cases, reports, dashboards etc).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to absorb complex concepts and support development of actionable, achievable, and measurable improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strong analytical and communication support for work efforts to meet objectives effectively and efficiently.
• Expert communications skills.
