Business Analyst/Change Management Consultant (Mid-Level)

ERM is seeking a Business Analyst/Change Management Consultant. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting client engagements by conducting thorough data analysis, research, and developing actionable insights to address complex business challenges. In addition, this role will provide support for both large scale business transformations as well as change management support focused on stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communications, and training assessments.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Gather and analyze data from various sources including internal systems, market research, and client interviews. 
• Assist in problem definition, identifying key issues, and formulating research questions. 
• Conduct qualitative research through stakeholder interviews and surveys. 
• Prepare client presentations with clear insights and recommendations. 
• Support project management activities, including tracking progress and deadlines. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics. 
• Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios and potential impacts. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Science or related field.
• Preferred Master's in business administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau). 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
