What does your job as a Business Analyst look like?
Within the Product Management team, you are responsible, as a Business Analyst, for designing and implementing digital solutions that enable our distribution partners and operational teams to achieve their objectives in the most efficient and user-friendly way.
This is within the context of developing and improving our non-life insurance products, underwriting processes, and policy and claims management. We support and coordinate projects end-to-end, from identifying needs to launch. To strengthen this team and support our digitalization projects, we are looking for a Business Analyst.
Your responsibilities include:
- You are responsible for the day-to-day follow-up of your projects and manage them proactively, keeping timelines and budgets under control
- You analyze business needs, define the best solutions, and translate them into business requirements that serve as a basis for IT development
- You ensure proper testing and follow-up of your projects and guarantee their quality
- You communicate clearly and constructively with various stakeholders and management
- You facilitate collaboration and act as the key interface between IT teams, other business units (Product Management, Operations, Legal, etc.), and external partners
This is how you fit perfectly into our team
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst related to insurance products, or relevant experience within an insurance company or brokerage
- Knowledge of non-life insurance products in the business segment is a strong plus
- You have a critical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to connect different concepts easily
- You are organized and able to work autonomously and in a structured way
- You stand out for your communication and collaboration skills
- You are adaptable and quickly understand new topics
- You feel comfortable in a technical environment
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good working knowledge of French and English
- You hold a university degree or have equivalent professional experience

Skills Required
