We are seeking a talented individual to join ICAT. This role will be based in Broomfield, CO; Bethesda, MD; or Kalispell, MT; This is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
This is a role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working at the intersection of product, underwriting, operations, and technology. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into product or project management and is excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team!
We will count on you to:
Be a liaison between product, underwriting, and technology teams to support property insurance products and their associated applications
Understand our business and technology environments, applications, and processes to gather and document business requirements for projects and enhancements
Communicate with external and internal customers to analyze current issues and deliver solutions and guidance
Perform or coordinate testing, track bugs and change requests, and help triage production issues
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of experience in product, underwriting, or similar role
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficiency with technology and working with large amounts of information; proficiency in Word and Excel

Insurance industry experience and certifications (e.g., CPCU, insurance license)
Understanding of application programming, database and system designs, and project management methodology, along with the ability to apply critical and creative thinking to find solutions
