Description

We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst who is passionate about strategy in the tech space. The Business Analyst will support Gett's business strategy and data-driven decision-making in the core market. Proactively guide business growth and supply monetization, quality, and marketplace efficiency using data analytics and business acumen.

Core mission:

To drive Gett's business growth and operational excellence in the core market by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic thinking. This involves optimizing marketplace performance, developing monetization strategies, providing market intelligence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement impactful solutions. The Business Analyst will be a key contributor to data-informed decision-making, ensuring Gett's competitive edge and sustainable success within the dynamic tech landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and solve business problems using analytical skills and business judgment
  • Monetization plan by changing and maximizing market behavior
  • Optimize the marketplace for optimal performance and growth
  • Lead strategic projects with senior management and internal units to improve operations
  • Pricing structures, products, and more
  • Set driver acquisition targets for the Supply and operations teams
  • Provide local market intelligence: together with the Tech team, research tools and methods used by competitors
  • Enable data-driven decision-making and business performance tracking
  • Support daily operations with data and business insights.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business/ Data/ Product Analyst or similar
  • Experience in complex operations and running a marketplace- Must
  • Degree in statistics, economics, or similar
  • Master abilities in SQL
  • Experience with AI tools
  • Experience with Python- an advantage
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) - a must
  • Fluent in English & Hebrew
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to work under tight and demanding timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and independent
